Cancellation of Games
If there is a question about whether a scheduled game will be played because of the weather, please contact your manager first. We will do our best to keep the website updated as well on the Game Schedule page. Freeport Little League will make the final determination on cancelling or postponing games and contact each manager, if time permits. Sometimes these decisions are not made until right before scheduled game times, to give the weather a chance to clear and improve.
If you are unsure of whether a game is cancelled and have not been able to contact your manager or Freeport Little League, please show up at the ballpark, do not assume a game is cancelled. Managers are responsible for notifying all players of cancelled or postponed games.
