* These divisions may use “last inning, unlimited run” rule during the game, if the following requirements are met: 1) 3 innings of play have been completed 2) The team with the fewest runs declares the unlimited run inning to the plate umpire 3) Last inning/unlimited runs inning must be declared after the last out of an inning is made and before the first game pitch of the next inning. Last inning cannot be declared in the middle of an inning.
Once last inning is declared, another inning may not be played, regardless of the time that may be left in the game. Umpires will not direct either team with regards to last inning declarations. If a new inning begins before the time limit expires and ends after time limit expires, and an unlimited run inning has not already been declared, there will be no last inning played with unlimited runs.
**Free defensive substitution, however each player must play 6 consecutive outs at some point in the game.
***Divisions which are allowed to bring players up from a lower division will utilize a player pool managed by the Player Agent. Managers MUST go through the player agent to bring players up. Player agents will assign managers a player for the game. Managers may draw from the player pool an unlimited number of times when they have a shortage of their regular players. Pool players used will be league age 10, 12, or 14, depending on division. Pool players may not pitch. If a pool player shows up to play with a team that has 9+ regular team members present, the pool player will only play the minimum participation requirements of the game(6 consecutive outs, 1 at bat - unless roster line-up is used) .
